Itinerary
Day 1 - Perth to Kalbarri
Our journey around the coast starts with a stroll on the breathtaking Greenhead Three Bays Walks. Post-lunch at Dynamite Bay, part of the Three Bays Walks, we head up Indian Ocean Drive, enjoying exquisite coastal panoramas. En route to Geraldton, we pause at Hutt Lagoon Pink Lake, an essential sight outside the city. Next, we proceed to the magnificent Kalbarri coastline at the Natural Bridge, followed by a relaxing walk at Castle Cove. Spend the night in the tranquil coastal town of Kalbarri, where the Murchison River meets the Indian Ocean.

Day 2 - Kalbarri to Monkey Mia
Begin early to see the Murchison Gorge, Nature’s Window, and the Kalbarri Skywalk. Explore The Murchison Gorge’s wonders at Hawkes head lookout in Kalbarri National Park, where the river has been sculpted through sandstone. Experience vibrant colour displays here in the wildflower season (spring). Stop at the renowned Billabong Roadhouse for a meal and drinks (cost on guests), a famous visitor stop since 1962. Next, we head to the extraordinary Shell Beach, walking along a shoreline of tiny shells. At Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort, our stay is beachfront, near resident dolphins in the Shark Bay World Heritage Area. Options include kayaking (extra charge), beach relaxation, resort leisure, spotting turtles, dugongs, emus, and kangaroos.

Day 3 - Monkey Mia to Geraldton
This morning, we’ll encounter the renowned dolphins of Monkey Mia and capture some impressive close-up photographs. We’ll stop in the charming town of Denham to stroll along the waterfront. View the magnificent cliffs overlooking Shark Bay and observe sharks, turtles, rays, and other marine life at Eagle Bluff. Next, we’ll proceed to the Overlander Roadhouse, where guests can buy lunch. Our journey then takes us south, with photo opportunities at Galena Bridge and Coronation Beach, before heading to our final overnight coastal stay in Geraldton.

Day 4 - Geraldton to Perth
Discover the HMAS Sydney Memorial, which offers panoramic views of Geraldton. Explore the Point Moore Lighthouse in Geraldton. Continue to Port Denison for a foreshore walk and visit the lookout. We then return via the Indian Ocean Road, stopping in Jurien Bay for a jetty walk. Our next destination is the quaint seaside village of Cervantes for an exceptional lunch at the renowned WA Lobster Shack, followed by a guided tour of their Lobster factory. We’ll then visit the extraordinary Nambung National Park to explore the unique and mysterious Pinnacles Desert. Relax on the bus for the final leg of our journey, enjoying scenic rural views before we head back to Perth, with drop-offs beginning around 6:30 pm.
